Welcome back to Country Music 4 Ever! Traditional country music is back with new artists such as Zach Top, Drake Milligan, and The Castellows. This got me thinking, if people like the sound of these new artists, do they still listen to classic country? I did some research over a week’s time and I found some surprising results. People not only still listen to classic country, but they listen to it a lot.

I took five random classic country songs and found out how many Spotify streams they got in the past week.

The first song is “Ring of Fire” by Johnny Cash. This song was released in 1963, and it is still listened to a lot. Over the past week, it has been streamed 1,223,424 times.

The next song is “Jolene” by Dolly Parton. This song was released in 1973, and it is the most streamed song on this list. Over the past week, it has been streamed 4,268,430 times.

The next song is “Coal Miner’s Daughter” by Loretta Lynn. This song was released in 1970. Over the past week, it has been streamed 234,489 times.

The next song is “He Stopped Loving Her Today” by George Jones. This song was released in 1973. Over the past week, it has been streamed 319,183 times.

The last song is “Stand By Your Man” by Tammy Wynette. This song was released in 1968. Over the past week, it has been streamed 310,601 times.

Thanks for reading. I’ll be back soon!
