Welcome back to Country Music 4 Ever! Willie Nelson is nominated to become a member of the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.” Dolly Parton was inducted last year, so maybe this year will be Willie’s turn.

I don’t think he should be inducted. He had a couple of songs crossover to the pop chart, and early on in his career he worked with a rock producer. He never released any rock music, though. Even considering those couple things, I still don’t think he belongs in the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.”

If people like Willie are being nominated, then there is no end to the possible country singers who could also be nominated. Another problem with country singers being inducted into the rock hall is that they could be keeping a rock singer from getting inducted. I know I wouldn’t like it if a rock singer was inducted into the “Country Music Hall of Fame,” so I’m sure rock fans don’t want country singers getting inducted into the rock hall.

There are some people who have been nominated several years in a row and have yet to get inducted into the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.” I don’t think country singers should keep rock singers from getting inducted into the rock hall. I just don’t think it’s right.

Thanks for reading. Please let me know what you think. I’ll be back soon!
