Welcome back to Country Music 4 Ever! Independent country has become very popular recently. There are many independent country music festivals over the summer that some of the biggest names in independent country play, such as Zach Bryan and Tyler Childers.

Since independent country has become so popular, Live Nation announced their very own independent country music festival called the FairWell Festival. This is going to be one of the biggest festivals independent country has ever had. This is a good thing for fans, but it's not good for other independent festivals. Since FairWell is going to be such a big festival, a lot of independent artists are waiting to see if they get booked for this festival because their agents want them to get top dollar. Since everybody is holding off on getting booked for other festivals, it has become difficult for other festivals to get artists to perform.

Last year, the Wild Hare Festival in Oregon booked Zach Bryan as their headliner, which made them sell out. But now this year, the Wild Hare Festival is not happening at all due to Live Nation's new festival. I think it's a shame that some festivals aren't happening this year because of Live Nation putting together such a huge festival.
