Welcome back to Country Music 4 Ever! In September of 2016, one of the greatest things in the history of country music happened. 30 of the most popular country singers came together for “Forever Country.”

“Forever Country” was something special the CMA awards did to celebrate the fiftieth CMA awards show. They filmed a music video of all 30 singers singing three legendary country songs. The songs were “Take Me Home, Country Roads” by John Denver, “On the Road Again” by Willie Nelson, and “I Will Always Love You” by Dolly Parton. The artists that came together for this were Dierks Bentley, Brooks and Dunn, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Brett Eldredge, Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Lady A, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Ronnie Milsap, Kacey Musgraves, Willie Nelson, Brad Paisley, Dolly Parton, Charley Pride, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, George Strait, Randy Travis, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, Jason Aldean, and Alabama. These are artists from all five decades of the CMA awards.

A couple things that recently happened make this even more special than it already is. The first thing is Rascal Flatts have officially broken up. So it was nice they were able to be included in such a special moment in country music before they broke up. The other thing that makes this even more special is that Charley Pride was involved in this. It was awesome that he was involved in something so special before he passed away.

I am going to post a link to the “Forever Country” music video on the “Country Music 4 Ever” Facebook page, so please go check it out if you haven’t already. When you watch this video don’t take your eyes off it, because there is always a country music superstar appearing somewhere in the video.

Thanks for reading, I’ll be back soon!
