Welcome back to Country Music 4 Ever! If you could go back and change something in your life, would you do it? That is the question that comes to mind every time I hear the song “The Dance” by Garth Brooks. This is without a doubt, one of the best songs of all time. For some people, it is about a failed relationship. And I guess that is true, but it is so much more than that. This song is about real life. It’s about enjoying the good times in life and not regretting them because they didn’t turn out how you hoped they would. There are many times we regret things because they didn’t end well. Most of the time we focus more on the negative when we should focus on the positive.

I honestly think this is the most well written song in all of country music. In the song, he obviously sings about a dance. This was the best dance he ever shared with someone. Everything about it was perfect. But eventually the girl he shared the dance with broke up with him. He says he’s glad he didn’t know it would end that way. He could’ve missed the pain of her saying goodbye, but he would’ve had to miss the dance they shared.

I thought I would let you guys know what I have planned for the next couple months. I have something special coming up at the end of the month that I can’t wait to talk about. And Shania Twain is releasing a new album the beginning of next month, so I promise I will review that album. I’m always looking for ideas of what to write about, so if you guys have any ideas for me please let me know in the comments.

Thanks for reading, I’ll be back soon!
