Welcome back to Country Music 4 Ever! Kelsea Ballerini just released her new album “SUBJECT TO CHANGE” today. This album is very good. There are some parts of it that sound like pop country from the 90s. Other songs remind me of something Taylor Swift would’ve released when she was a country singer, which I like because Taylor had some really good country songs. The songwriting on this album is very good, and I love the overall sound of the album. I can’t pick just one favorite song on the album because they are all very good, but I do want to talk about a couple of the songs today.

I want to start by talking about a song called “IF YOU GO DOWN (I’M GOIN’ DOWN TOO.) This is a song about being someone’s best friend no matter what. She sings about how even if things go wrong they will still be best friends, and they will always be there for each other. I think this song has a really good sound, and the lyrics are very good too.

The next song I want to talk about is “LOVE IS A COWBOY.” I think this song has some of the best lyrics out of all the songs on the album. She sings about how love is like the wild west. In the chorus of this song she sings “It makes your heart feel like wild horses in your chest, trying to catch it’s like tryna tame the wild wild west and when I’m with him it’s like ropin’ the wind, love is a cowboy.” I think this is probably one of the best songs on the album.

The next song I want to talk about is “I GUESS THEY CALL IT FALLING.” All I will say about this song is, you have to just go listen to it, and I promise you if you do listen to it, it will be stuck in your head the rest of the day. Just a warning. It has the best tune out of all the songs on this album.

The last song I want to talk about is “WHAT I HAVE.” This is the last song on the album, and I think it is a very good way to end the album. This song is about her being happy with what she has in her life, and not wanting more than what she already has. If you had to listen to just one song on this album, this is the one I would recommend, because it is one of the best songs she has ever released.

Thanks for reading, I’ll be back soon!
