Welcome back to Country Music 4 Ever! Today I am going to start something new called “Country Music 4 Ever Artist Spotlight.” Each month, I will choose an up-and-coming country artist to highlight for the month. Throughout the month, I will post links to the spotlighted artist’s music on Facebook and Reddit for you guys to check out. So now that I’ve explained it, I will reveal the first spotlighted artist.

The first “Country Music 4 Ever Artist Spotlight” artist is Megan Moroney. Megan was born and raised in Georgia. She grew up in a musical household. She was influenced by songwriters in country, southern rock, and americana music. During her freshman year in college, she had an opportunity to open for an established country artist, which inspired her to write her first song. From there, she became known for her very distinctive voice and honest songwriting.

Megan released her debut EP “Pistol Made of Roses,” which I would recommend checking out.

Like I said earlier, I will post links to some of her songs throughout the month, so stay tuned for that.
