Welcome back to Country Music 4 Ever! Most country singers had a job prior to being a singer, so today I am going to talk about what some of them were. Some are a little more interesting than others.

 

Jason Aldean used to be a Pepsi delivery driver. He used to drive around Georgia delivering Pepsi to convenience stores. He is now known for a lot more than just being the Pepsi delivery man.

 

Carrie Underwood used to be a gas station attendant. Before all the glitz and glamour, Carrie was just a small town girl working at a gas station. It’s hard to believe that Carrie was just a girl with a normal life before “American Idol.”

 

Faith Hill used to work at McDonald’s. She used to work at the drive thru window taking orders and serving food. It is possible if you went to McDonald’s in Mississippi years ago, Faith might’ve taken your order and served you your Big Mac.

 

Rodney Atkins used to be a landscaper. When he was 13 years old he started a lawn mowing business and eventually turned it into a full blown landscaping business. He still mows his own lawn and does any other landscaping that needs done around his house.

 

I saved the worst one for last. Dierks Bentley used to be a toilet cleaner. It’s true, Dierks once made a living cleaning toilets in houseboats. I know that is one job I never want to have. I’m sure he was glad he had success in the music business.
